Location: Field-based across London locations
Technimove is looking for experienced Senior and Principal Engineers to join our growing Operations team. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile data centre, cloud, networking, and infrastructure transformation projects for enterprise customers across multiple technologies and environments.

What you'll be doing:
* Leading the design, planning, and delivery of complex migration and engineering projects
* Acting as a senior technical authority across infrastructure, networking, cloud, and security technologies
* Delivering enterprise‑scale server relocation and transformation projects
* Running technical workshops, solution design sessions, and customer presentations
* Creating and reviewing HLDs, LLDs, runbooks, test plans, and technical documentation
* Supporting pre‑sales teams with solution design, technical expertise, and proposal development
* Mentoring engineers and sharing technical knowledge across the business
* Working closely with consultants, project managers, customers, and third parties
* Driving technical excellence, innovation, and best practice across all project delivery
What we're looking for:
* Strong experience across infrastructure, networking, cloud, or security technologies
* Expertise with technologies such as Cisco, Meraki, HPE Aruba, VMware, Azure, AWS, and GCP
* Experience delivering physical server relocations and enterprise migration projects
* Strong networking knowledge including implementation and troubleshooting
* Ability to lead technical delivery and customer engagements confidently
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
* A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving ability
* Passion for mentoring, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Certifications:
You’ll ideally hold multiple industry certifications across technologies such as:
* CCNA / Cisco Specialist
* VMware VCP
* Microsoft Azure Administrator / Security Engineer
* AWS Associate Certifications
* Dell EMC Proven Professional
* HPE Data Centre or Hybrid IT Certifications
