Clinical Trainer – Wound Therapy

We are working with a high-growth, innovative MedTech organisation that is transforming patient outcomes across wound care, VTE prevention and lower limb therapy through clinically proven technology.
This is a clinically focused, field-based training role, supporting the adoption and effective use of a market-leading therapy across both acute and community healthcare settings.
The position sits at the heart of clinical education and customer success, ensuring healthcare professionals are confident, competent and achieving the best possible outcomes for patients.
What you'll be doing:
• Delivering clinical training and education to NHS professionals across acute and community settings
• Supporting product evaluations, onboarding and implementation within new and existing accounts
• Acting as a clinical expert, guiding best practice and appropriate use of the therapy
• Working closely with the commercial team to support account development and adoption
• Building strong relationships with Tissue Viability teams, community services and specialist nurses
• Supporting clinical pathway integration through education and stakeholder engagement
What we're looking for:
• You must currently be working in one of the following roles within the NHS:
– Tissue Viability Nurse (TVN)
– Lead / Specialist Tissue Viability Nurse
– Vascular Nurse Specialist
– Leg Ulcer / Lower Limb Clinical Nurse Specialist
– District Nurse / Community Nurse (with strong wound care focus)
• Strong experience within wound care, tissue viability or lower limb management
• Passion for clinical education, training and improving patient outcomes
• Confident communicator, able to engage a range of healthcare professionals
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the territory
