What you will do:
* Conduct enquiries, assessments, and reviews into allegations of abuse of vulnerable adults.
* Attend Strategy Meetings and Case Conferences, contributing to vital discussions and action plans.
* Create and review protection plans to ensure the safety and well-being of adults at risk.
* Engage in home visits and assessments, providing personalised support to individuals in their own homes, residential care, or healthcare settings.
* Participate in safeguarding adults’ duty cover, providing support one day each week.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
* Hold a Degree or equivalent in social work.
* Registered with Social Work England.
* Possess significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK, working as a qualified Social Worker.
