This is a great opportunity to join fast growing Microsoft Cloud & Managed Services Provider. You will be joining a well-established team based in Berkshire.
You will be working from the office, managing incidents and requests over the phone from the initial request to resolution, using the ticketing system to record and document all progress through to ticket closure, ensuring that customer satisfaction and service level agreements are met.
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows Server, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, cloud platforms (Microsoft 365/Azure), and endpoint management
Key skills and responsibilities:
1. Current 2nd line support across; across M365, Azure, AVD, Desktop, VNP, R&S, Firewalls
2. Heavy support experience in an MSP environment - service desk, NOC, or escalation engineering roles
3. Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
4. Cloud platforms (Microsoft 365/Azure), and endpoint management
5. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
