We are instructed by a leading offshore law firm to recruit a Senior Associate into its Jersey litigation practice. The role sits within a technically demanding disputes team acting on complex, high-value contentious matters with an international footprint. The practice advises on a broad range of offshore disputes, including investment funds litigation, trusts and fiduciary disputes, shareholder and valuation matters, fraud and asset tracing, and regulatory and enforcement proceedings. Matters are frequently multi-jurisdictional and require detailed analysis, precise drafting and sound strategic judgment. This is a senior role with a high degree of autonomy. The successful candidate will run substantial matters, lead on pleadings and written submissions, develop case strategy in conjunction with partners, and supervise junior lawyers. The position is suited to a litigator who is comfortable operating close to the detail and taking responsibility for complex work streams.
