This position requires the successful candidate to be on-site full-time, demonstrating a strong commitment to deliver security objectives. There may also be a requirement for travel to other UK sites to support the wider DM security team during periods of leave. This role may have managerial responsibilities and you may be required to undertake weekend and overnight on-site Duty Control Officer (DCO) responsibilities in support of Major Accident Control Regulations (MACR). The necessary training and Suitably Qualified and Experienced Personnel (SQEP) will be provided if this is identified as a business need. If required, extra weekend or overnight MACR responsibilities will be compensated with overtime pay. Please note, you will need to hold a full UK driving licence, as you will be expected to drive to different locations on the site. What you’ll be doing Identifying and mitigating security risks by overseeing physical security operations.
