Role: Accounts Assistant & Service Receptionist
Location: Loddon, Norwich, Norfolk
Hours: Full Time, Permanent - Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.00pm
Pay: Depending on experience
We're looking for a professional individual with great customer service skills to take on a combined role of Reception/ Front of House and Accounts, at a Car Service and MOT Centre in Loddon.
The Role:
Welcoming customers into the business - building rapport, many are loyal customers who have used the business for years
Liaising with customers in relation to the service / MOT / fault with their vehicle
Daily bookkeeping using SAGE accounting software
The Requirements:
Experience in Accounts would be highly beneficial, in particular experience using Sage
Customer service experience in a front of house role, ideally motor trade, otherwise hospitality or something similar
Experience working in a professional customer service environment
