Job Description
We are seeking an experienced QESH Manager to oversee Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health management across our UK operations and project delivery locations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with UK health and safety legislation, maintaining and developing the company’s management systems, and supporting operational teams in delivering projects safely and efficiently. The role includes oversight of ISO management systems and the development of long-term relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with UK Health & Safety legislation across project and operational locations.
* Manage and develop company management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
* Lead safety initiatives, reporting processes and continuous improvement programmes.
* Provide H&S guidance to estimating and project delivery teams, including CDM compliance.
* Manage safety advisors, auditing functions and internal training programmes.
Requirements
* NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) in Occupational Health and Safety.
* Lead internal auditor qualification for ISO management systems.
* Demonstrable experience implementing H&S and quality management strategies.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel within the UK when required.
