If you have detailed understanding of solicitors PI insurance market and day to day workings of an SRA regulated law firm along with knowledge of Miscellaneous PI. Drive and determination and the ability to work in a fast paced, exciting and results driven environment this role could be perfect for you.
We'd love you to have good market knowledge and competitor awareness along with other financial lines product experience.
We would be looking to you to profitably develop the company business in accordance with the Solicitors PI team Business Plan alongside servicing a portfolio of profitable PI and general insurance business through designated Insurer panels in order to achieve the Team Business Plan. You'd be looking for opportunities to upsell and cross sell in a compliant and timely manner along with promoting new products etc to enhance the quality of our service.
Key Responsibilities:
•Achieve and maintain a high level of customer service and promote exceptional customer care standards at all times.
•Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with all clients and ensure expert advice in all areas of business.
•Where necessary actively secure renewal business by re-broking existing business to ensure the client is presented with the most suitable and cost effective cover.
•Proactively and enthusiastically prospect potential new clients, through company marketing campaigns and promotional activities in line with company procedures to generate new income for the solicitors PI team to achieve an agreed annual target;
•Presenting Specialty/PIB Group to clients and potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, virtual meetings, telephone calls and emails;
•Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all Client servicing and sales opportunities to Specialty Division are captured and explored;
•Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following Specialty procedures;
•Prioritise all client communication and ensure it is actioned in a timely way and in accordance with Company procedures.
•Develop and maintain effective and valuable relationships with insurers and underwriters for the benefit of the company and its clients.
•Achieve the new business targets set annually and adjusted from time to time;
•Maintain professional relationships with accounts which have not been converted to enable future relationships;
•Maintain appropriate records of all customer contacts on a central database (Acturis);
•Report any potential breaches, including weaknesses in current systems. Refer to our whistle-blowing procedure and report any concerns
•Ensure personal data is secure, held and properly utilised in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act.
•Report any concern relating to financial crime to our Money Laundering Reporting Officer
•Ensure all client commitments are achieved through careful time management, delegation and documenting all client interactions (including commitments/actions made);
•Produce professional and compliant documents for submission to existing and potential new clients;
