They supply Michelin-starred restaurants, premium pubs, and independent butchers across London and the UK. Role Overview Our client is looking for a skilled, experienced butcher who takes pride in their craft. This is a hands-on, production-focused role working with full carcasses, breaking them down to precise specifications in a fast-paced environment. Youll be part of a small, highly capable team, with around 95% of your time spent on practical butchery. This role is not suitable for candidates with retail-only or counter-service experience.
