Role: Behaviour Assistant

Pay Rate: £90 – £110 per day

The Role:
As a Behaviour Assistant, you will:
* Work closely with students who display challenging behaviour, providing one-to-one and group support
* Assist teachers in creating a calm and structured classroom environment
* Implement behaviour support plans and use positive reinforcement strategies
* Build strong relationships with pupils to encourage engagement and trust
* Support the wider school team in maintaining high expectations and consistent routines
What You’ll Bring:
* Previous experience as a Behaviour Assistant or in a similar support role (e.g. LSA, Youth Mentor, SEN Support)
* The ability to remain calm and positive under pressure
* A strong understanding of behaviour management strategies
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education)
Must have own vehicle and a valid driving licence
