A welcoming and community-focused primary school in the Swansea area is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join their Nursery. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual who is committed to providing high-quality early education and care to young children.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Early Years team to create a nurturing, stimulating environment where children can grow, explore, and develop the foundations for lifelong learning.

* Support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Phase (EYFP)
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Foster a safe, caring, and inclusive environment
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers
* Observe and record children's progress in line with school and local authority requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (essential)
* Experience working within an Early Years or Flying Start setting
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A nurturing and proactive approach to child development
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
* Competitive £13.75 hourly rate
* Consistent Monday-Friday working hours
