Qualifications
* Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist within a luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or high-end cocktail bar
* Excellent knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and mixology principles
* A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service
* Impeccable personal presentation and attention to detail
* A positive, professional attitude and strong teamwork skills

* On average tips are £4500 per annum
