Our Client seeks an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their business in West London on a permanent basis. The Accounts Assistant would be a "hands on" individual that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties of the Accounts Assistant include:
1. Preparation of bank statements
2. Posting suppliers invoices
3. Accounts payable
4. Payment runs.
5. Bank reconciliations.
6. Preparing financial documents and maintaining financial records on sage
7. Completing reports on a regular basis and providing information to the Manager
8. Accruals and prepayments
9. Preparation of financial statements
Requirements for the Accounts Assistant include:
10. Strong attention to detail
11. Part Qualified Accountant
12. Strong bank reconciliation experience
13. Sage experience
14. Strong Excel skills
15. Able to prioritise.
16. Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
17. Keen to learn and develop.
