This role isn't just about ticking boxes, it's about building great relationships with customers, solving problems, and being a valued member of the team. Some of the key responsibilities include: Managing and maintaining customer accounts Following up on overdue payments and resolving queries Investigating and handling shortage claims and debit notes Allocating daily payments and reconciling accounts Monitoring credit limits and reviewing aged debt What we're looking for: Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach Great communication skills - you'll be dealing with customers and colleagues daily Confident with numbers and systems (SAGE 50 experience is a bonus) Comfortable juggling tasks and prioritising in a busy environment A team player who also enjoys working independently Intermediate Excel skills For more information contact Nichola Watson at Adaptable Recruitment
