The Transport Co-ordination Service arranges and manages transport for Devon County Council clients as well as partnering organisation such as the NHS.
A Team Leader position has become available within the area of school transport. The area of school transport assesses eligibility for transport and the transport requirements for those attending mainstream schools, special schools and further education colleges, and manages the day to day operation of the transport routes. This includes the financial functions for paying providers and overseeing external income, attending decision making panels on education settings for young people and reviewing where efficiencies can be made for the home to school transport budget.
