Overview
Salt is working with a leading SaaS travel brand seeking a Market Manager to manage a portfolio of professional Host accounts, ensuring high-quality, competitive stays. Acting as an in-market expert, you’ll strengthen presence by building strong Host and Partner relationships, optimising supply quality, and developing strategies to drive growth in both established and emerging markets.
* Hybrid working in London
* Up to £360 per day, inside IR35
You will
* Develop and deliver supply strategies for assigned markets
* Build deep local market knowledge to inform internal teams and external partners
* Manage professional Host relationships to meet and exceed sales targets
* Use data insights to identify growth opportunities and implement improvements
* Educate Hosts on product updates and provide timely, exceptional service
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (policy, legal, communications, support) to ensure long-term market success
* Design and execute tailored engagement initiatives for your territory
You will need
* 6+ years in account management, partner support, or sales (hospitality/travel industry experience essential)
* Proven track record managing a pipeline or book of business
* Excellent communication and presentation skills across Zoom, email, and in-person meetings
* Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, Mixmax a plus)
* Strategic thinker with ability to work tactically in a fast-paced environment
* Fluent in English and Swedish or Danish
