Your new role
As Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-impact logistics and technology projects across the organisation. Acting as a key link between senior leadership, operational teams, and technical specialists, the role involves turning strategic objectives into clear, achievable delivery plans.You will take ownership of projects such as new partner onboardings, business-line launches, system migrations, and enhancements to thepany’s technology stack. The position requires strong coordination skills, the ability to simplifyplex challenges, and a focus on driving projects topletion on time and to scope.As the organisation grows, you will also contribute to strengthening delivery frameworks, refiningernance, and improving cross-functional collaboration – ensuring the business is equipped to scale effectively.
What you’ll need to succeed
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within logistics, supply chain, operations, or technology-led environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ideally with experience in requirements gathering or Business Analysis
• Demonstrated success delivering technology-enabled change, system transitions, and cross-functional projects
• Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical andmercial teams
• High levels of organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
