Working: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Territory: North West London and surrounding areas
Powerforce is hiring a Business Development Manager to lead at the coalface for PepsiCo, growing their “Away From Home” channel - covering Contract Catering, Leisure, Sport, and Multi‑Site customers. Representing globally recognised brands, you’ll play a key role in helping PepsiCo create 'more smiles with every bite’ through the Snacks and Grains portfolio - building strong customer partnerships and unlocking new growth opportunities.

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
* Build Relationships: Foster strong partnerships across the Away From Home channel to drive sales through increased visibility and distribution.
* Unlock Growth: Identify and secure new business while growing existing partnerships through insightful, needs‑based questioning.
* Execute Strategy: Deliver commercially focused recommendations and activate promotional activities and new product launches.
* Influence with Data: Use data and insights to influence customer decision‑making and support overall category growth.
* Manage Your Territory: Balance prospecting with accurate reporting and digital record‑keeping to ensure effective territory coverage.
What You’ll Bring

* Relevant Experience: A background in business development, field sales, or account management (Foodservice or FMCG is ideal).

* Strategic Thinking: The ability to provide recommendations that consistently drive sales growth and exceed targets.
* Essential Requirements: A full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months.
