The Role
As a Nursery Nurse, you will:
Provide high-quality care and early education in line with the EYFS framework
Create a stimulating, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Observe, plan, and assess children's development
Support key worker responsibilities and contribute to learning journeys
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues within supportive nursery settings across KentAbout You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
Have recent experience working within a nursery or similar early years setting
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
Be confident completing observations, planning activities, and supporting next steps in learning
