Role Profile – Business Support Manager to CEO UK & Ireland
Reports To: CEO of UK & Ireland
Location: Bristol – hybrid role, expected to be in the office at least 2 days per week
Term: Fixed term until April 2026. Part-time considered with a minimum of 25 hours per week.
Start date: Mid-August, with a 4-6 week handover period.

About the Role
This dual role combines skills of a Business Support Manager and a PA. You will oversee administrative and operational support, ensure efficient office operations, support senior leadership with project tracking, and contribute to process improvements. You will also provide high-level personal support to the CEO, acting as a gatekeeper, problem-solver, and coordinator, handling confidential tasks with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily administrative functions across teams.
* Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives, support project delivery, and stakeholder liaison.
* Provide support to senior management, including scheduling and reporting.
* Communicate with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
* Manage diaries and calendars, ensuring the CEO is prepared for engagements.
* Arrange travel, including flights, accommodation, and transport.
* Handle correspondence and inquiries.
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
* Maintain and organise files and confidential documents.
* Support or lead event planning and execution.

Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in business support, operations, or administrative management.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
