Role Overview
The Lecturer in 14-16 Alternative Provision will:
1. Undertake teaching and learning activities, including tutoring, as agreed.
2. Support the delivery of Functional Skills and GCSE in Maths, English, and Personal Social Education (PSE).
3. Prepare appropriate learning materials and ensure assessments and assignments are completed in a timely manner.
4. Handle administration tasks and provide reports and statistics on student and teaching matters.
5. Develop curricula and learning activities, considering Maths and English development, equality, and diversity.
6. Participate in marketing activities to promote the College for sponsorship, advertising, public relations, and recruitment.
7. Attend student reviews and relevant meetings to manage student achievement and attendance.
