Construction Logistics Manager
Location: Bristol, Bs1

Salary: £25.00 - £27.00 P/hr DOE

MadiganGill are looking for a Logistics Manager with experience of Construction logistics for a Large project in Bristol, Starting ASAP for 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the Construction Logistics Plan (CLP).
* Coordinate all site deliveries, storage, and distribution of materials.
* Manage site access, traffic management, and vehicle movements.
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers.
* Oversee crane operations and lifting plans (where applicable).
* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and site regulations.
* Monitor logistics performance, budgets, and reporting.
* Manage waste management strategy and sustainability initiatives.
* Resolve logistical issues and mitigate risks proactively.

Key Requirements
* Proven experience as a Construction Logistics Manager or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of construction site operations and sequencing.
* Experience working on [large-scale / high-rise / infrastructure] projects.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Good understanding of health & safety legislation (e.g., CDM Regulations in the UK).
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid).
* Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
Desirable
* Degree or qualification in Construction Management, Logistics, or related field.
* Experience with digital logistics systems or BIM coordination.
* Knowledge of sustainable construction practices.
