About the role as Operational Payments Team Administrator:
We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our finance team. Whether you’re new to finance or transitioning into it, we’ll provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities (No prior experience required):
* Processing supplier invoices and managing payments according to company policies
* Supporting colleagues with purchasing, credit card transactions, and BACS payments
* Tracking financial records for accuracy and organization
* Reconciling bank and credit accounts using company software
* Developing skills in supplier statement reconciliation and financial reporting
* Assisting with purchase ledger transactions
* General finance administration
