Overview
Are you looking for an office or hybrid-based role where you’ll play a key part in keeping our customers’ vehicles safe, compliant, and on the road? This role is with Novuna Vehicle Solutions. It is a hybrid role with a minimum of three days per week based in the Trowbridge office. You’ll work Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week — no evenings or weekends required.

What the role involves
* You’ll join the Operations team, working to keep our customers’ fleets moving and ensure every vehicle is safe and legally compliant — from scheduling safety checks to arranging timely repairs.
* You’ll work closely with customers and suppliers to maintain high standards and quick recovery of vehicles back on the road.
* You’ll schedule, monitor, and manage compliance checks and maintenance to ensure on-time completion and cost-effectiveness.
* You’ll process and record all relevant documentation and certificates, and keep systems updated to reflect the correct status of each vehicle and customer.
What we’re looking for (Qualifications)
* Excellent communication skills and the confidence to challenge when needed
* Good IT skills, particularly in Excel
* The ability to stay calm and professional while juggling multiple tasks
* An interest in vehicles and compliance regulations (experience is not essential but would be a bonus)
