Help keep a large, collaborative programme moving in the right direction.
We’re looking for someone who loves bringing clarity, structure and positive energy to complex work. If you enjoy helping people work brilliantly together and you’re great at keeping programmes on track without dampening creativity, this is the role for you. You’ll be the glue that helps a large, multi‑disciplinary programme stay coordinated, confident and focused. Your work will make it easier for teams to collaborate, adapt and deliver real impact.
About You

What You’ll Do
* Build strong relationships across all TaAF workstreams, helping everyone stay aligned and connected.
* Spot risks, challenges and opportunities early, making sure nothing falls through the gaps.
* Produce clear, engaging updates that celebrate success and highlight what needs attention.
* Put simple, supportive programme management systems in place so teams can plan well and deliver confidently.
* Coach and support teams to strengthen their project management skills.
Why Join Us
* A supportive, ambitious team
* A chance to shape a major place‑based programme
* Flexibility, variety and plenty of collaboration
* The opportunity to help great people do great work
