The Role
We're hiring someone who lives at the intersection of social media, content creation, and sales strategy. You'll be responsible for building our digital footprint, creating content that converts, and leveraging AI tools to optimize campaigns. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
* Create engaging content (short-form video, graphics, posts, stories) that reflects our brand and products.
* Run targeted paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive sales and visibility.
* Build and manage lead generation funnels using digital tools, email marketing, and CRM systems.
* Use AI-enabled platforms to optimize campaigns, content, and customer engagement.
* Monitor analytics and deliver regular performance reports (engagement, conversions, ROI).
* Stay on top of industry trends, competitor strategies, and social media best practices.
What We're Looking For
* Proven track record in social media marketing, digital ads, and content creation.
* Experience generating qualified B2B leads through digital campaigns.
* Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
* Familiarity with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, automation platforms).
* Confident with analytics dashboards (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
* Self-starter who thrives on autonomy but can work as part of a team.
* Bonus: Experience in food/FMCG or B2B wholesale distribution.
