You will regularly step into the role of Duty Manager, working alongside your team to uphold health & safety and compliance regulations while maximizing member satisfaction.

About You:
As our Operations Manager, we are looking for someone who:
* Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
* Has led a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals across different departments.
* Is experienced in financial planning and management.
* Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
