Sales Admin Team Leader-Bridging

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Admin Team Leader to oversee and manage the bridging sales administration function and team. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales department to meet business objectives, ensuring all administrative functions run efficiently and effectively.
You’ll be responsible for leading a small team of sales administrators, onboarding and training new team members, and ensuring that all SLAs are consistently met. You’ll also assist with daily reporting, management information, incentive management, and system maintenance (including Fusion and HubSpot).

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage the sales administration team to ensure high-quality support is delivered to the sales function.
* Prioritise and allocate workload effectively to meet SLAs and business targets.
* Provide excellent service to introducers, handling queries efficiently and professionally.
* Maintain introducer records, ensuring compliance with permissions, licences, and documentation requirements.
* Identify opportunities for cross-product sales through a strong understanding of group products and criteria.
* Ensure all systems and records are kept accurate and up to date.
* Monitor and report on performance metrics, contributing to process improvements and best practice initiatives.
* Support the Head of Internal Sales and Head of Sales with management information, reporting, and ad hoc administrative tasks.
Skills & Competencies
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to effectively manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
* Bridging experience- essential
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to work under pressure.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and systems.
* Confident identifying and implementing process improvements.
* Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to produce and maintain management information.
* Approachable, resilient, and flexible leadership style.
Knowledge & Experience
* Experience in an administrative or sales support role within financial services or bridging finance.
* Proven experience managing or supervising a team.
* Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (HubSpot experience advantageous).
