We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Lab Housekeeper to join our Sodexo team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the smooth running of the building by delivering routine cleaning and supportive service activities, while acting as an ambassador for Sodexo and the services we provide onsite. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, with the confidence to build strong relationships at all levels and positively influence service delivery. An awareness of financial and company procedures would be an advantage, as this role also involves company trading duties. What you'll do:
* Deliver high-quality cleaning of laboratories and workplace areas in line with GxP standards, good documentation practices, and Sodexo's service scope.
* Provide a 5-star customer service experience, supporting building users, enforcing site rules, and maintaining consistency across the campus.
* Work collaboratively with clients, customers, contractors, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure smooth facilities support.
* Manage waste segregation and disposal in line with hygiene and environmental standards, while promoting sustainability and service improvements.
* Report faults, issues, and hazards promptly, adhering to access/egress procedures and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and site regulations.
