About the Role
As an Associate Implementation Consultant, you’ll work closely with clients, vendor partners, and internal teams to deliver high-quality software implementation projects that transform supply chain operations.
You’ll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle — from designing creative solutions and validating system functionality to providing post-implementation support. This is a hands-on role where your ability to troubleshoot, communicate effectively, and think analytically will be key to ensuring client success.

Job Responsibilities
* Lead internal and external software testing initiatives to validate system functionality and provide actionable feedback to development teams.
* Help design optimised warehouse and fulfilment processes through improved systems, procedures, and equipment.
* Provide technical support to Operations, Maintenance, and IT teams on-site.
* Support clients in improving key performance metrics across speed, efficiency, throughput, and cost.
* Coordinate and manage on-site improvement projects at client facilities.
* Assist with functional documentation, process mapping, and recommendations for new or existing facilities.
* Serve as a point of contact for material handling and robotics vendors.
Qualification
* 1+ year in a customer-facing role — ideally within software, technology, or consulting.
* Experience with software configuration, testing, or technical support (preferred).
* Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including query development and troubleshooting (preferred).
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
* A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
* Eagerness to learn new technologies, tools, and product features.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Flexibility to support US-based clients and occasional domestic/international travel.
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.
* Must have the right to work in the UK.
