Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted finance partner, providing hands-on support and fostering long-term relationships.
* Handle end-to-end financial management, including management accounts, balance sheet work, VAT, month-end, and tax compliance.
* Manage multiple accounts, prioritize deadlines, and maintain service quality.
* Champion cloud platforms (Xero, QuickBooks, SAGE) and assist with software migrations and process improvements.
* Collaborate with a close-knit team focused on client outcomes.
Candidate requirements
* AAT, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (or working towards it).
* At least 4 years’ experience in a client-facing finance role, preferably in hospitality, retail, sport, leisure, or multi-site businesses.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated with a flexible, detail-oriented approach.
* Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
* Bonus: Experience with EPOS systems.
