About The Role
This role is for someone who wants to run their own business in future. Someone who is willing to do whatever it takes to be successful. We’re looking for someone who sees problems as personal challenges, takes full ownership without waiting to be asked, and then thrives on making things happen - no excuses, just relentless execution.
You will treat the business like it’s your own, hold yourself accountable, take responsibility for improving your own skills so you can solve bigger and more valuable problems, you will be proactive and always no matter what - push for better results.
We have a diverse range of companies and projects - as a Founders Associate you will for part of a small pod of people working directly with the head of projects and the CEO/Founder across the full company portfolio. You will be deployed on a range of projects and challenges - and you will have a front row seat to the building of startups (not to watch - but to contribute)

What you might need
If you can tick at least one of these boxes then there is a good chance we might have something for you.
1. Digital technology is at the heart of everything we do - we don’t need you to be technical, but we do need people who are logical in their thinking, can break down a complex problem to smaller parts and then work through each part in a detailed and results oriented way. You will be a good self-learner, keen to jump on YouTube and unpick how to do things. You will be very comfortable with trial and error and relentlessly driven to work stuff out.
2. We build powerful, simple and elegant digital tools to solve real problem for real people. We need people who are obsessed with customer experience, frustrated by poor design and clunky user experiences and crave an opportunity to make things work as well as they can possibly work.
3. Across our companies, we obtain a large amount of data and statistical information. We need people who are more “show me the data” than they are “gut feel” - people who love to dig into the numbers, find pattens and use those insights to drive real change in a company.
4. We love Mavericks - the sort of person who sees ideas everywhere they turn. While we are not short of an idea or 2 ourselves, we believe strongly that an organisation is only as good as the collective brain power of it’s people. We want people to help drive us forward, embrace new trends and technologies and help us do what we love to do most…create.
