Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Accounts Payable invoices
2. Handle incoming and outgoing invoices; manage supplier and client queries
3. Perform monthly reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts
4. Support month-end activities and carry out financial analysis as required
5. Operate financial systems including Sage for transaction tracking and reporting
6. Maintain and update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
7. Work closely with the commercial team to ensure accurate and timely transfer of sales data into financial systems
