About The Role We are seeking an organised and proactive Reactive Repairs Coordinator to join our team. You will act as the main point of contact for coordinating and scheduling reactive repairs, ensuring works are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities • Log, prioritise, and schedule all incoming reactive repair requests. • Liaise with operatives, contractors, tenants & suppliers to ensure effective Communication • Monitor repair progress & update CRM System / records • Ensure compliance with service level agreements & meeting specific client KPI’s • Generate reports & Assist management in tracking performance. • Submitting invoices on completion of jobs. Skills Required • Previous experience in repairs coordination, scheduling, facilities management, or similar. • Strong organisational and time management skills. • Excellent communication and customer service abilities • IT literate with knowledge of repairs/maintenance systems. Experience in Xero accounting software preferred. • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
