We now have the opportunity to offer an exciting and challenging role for an experienced Account Executive or for someone that is ready for their next career step.
To support the continued growth of our business, we are looking to appoint passionate, practical and enthusiastic individuals to join our team; this role is primarily based in Carlisle but may involve travel throughout Cumbria, the South of Scotland and into the North‑East.

We are looking for driven, well–organised individuals that can demonstrate excellent time management skills with an ability to manage a broad portfolio of work. You will be supported to be proactive and play a key part in a developing and growing team.
Responsibilities
* Grow and maintain your book of clients.
* Using your relationship building skills to develop existing client relationships and meeting client objectives.
* Work closely with the Account Handling team who will support your daily function.
* Understand clients insurance needs.
* Identify the correct insurer market and presenting commercial risks to the relevant insurers to enable a quotation to be provided.
* Act as the primary point of contact for the client and establish effective ongoing relationships.
Qualifications
* Experience of working in commercial and agricultural insurance.
* Strong knowledge of client market and insurance industry network.
* Insurance industry qualifications are advantageous but not essential as support will be provided towards achievement.
* Demonstrated ability to drive growth.
* Full UK driving licence is essential.
