The role is to develop and grow the presence of Concentrix Consulting in Strategic Accounts through the following activities:

* Develop and prioritize growth strategies in Strategic Accounts, achieving set revenue growth targets
* Understand the Strategic Accounts and play out win strategies – persona led
* Responding to opportunities and challenges by expanding the breadth of solutions offered
* Providing thought leadership to Strategic Accounts leadership and their external clients to create new insights and opportunities
* Supporting clients both nationally and internationally with large scale change and expansion programs
* Ensuring the effective performance of your assigned team in terms of sales, revenue and delivery performance

As part of the Leadership team, this role will be responsible for innovating and entrepreneurship as well as supporting the commercial activities of the organization. The role holder should promote and develop a strong and credible brand.

The role will be self-funding, it is expected that this role will ‘farm’ the existing Concentrix client base, as well as ‘hunting’ for new opportunities within the external client base, leveraging the new business opportunities to generate Concentrix’s expected financial results significantly over and above the cost of their role.

The role will be responsible for maximizing gainshare and risk/reward deals. This will include targeting, qualification, value proposition and pipeline management of opportunities and where appropriate, improving award ability for all group capabilities for opportunities that Concentrix generate.

You will identify, lead and manage innovative approaches to business challenges and work with teams across the various functions to deliver colleague and customer centric products and services that generate revenue and profit for Concentrix Consulting and the wider business.

This is a pivotal role, with the opportunity to build on our capabilities and directly influence the direction and performance of the business.

The Senior Director of the Strategic Accounts will operate as part of the TPS EMEA Delivery leadership team. They will be inspirational, challenging and supportive in their leadership style with adaptive communication skills to cater for each audience and geography.

This position will report to the Vice President of TPS EMEA Delivery and must be collaborative and responsive to people and opportunities across the globe.



Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Successful candidates will:

* Able to evidence success in generating consulting sales and overseeing consulting delivery – both personally and through the team
* Have strong consulting experience, including business analysis and diagnosis, solution design and delivery
* Have experience of C-level client engagement and hold existing C-suite relationships which will help in further developing Concentrix’s presence
* Demonstrate a strong ability to multi-task, and get involved in a broad range of activities
* Experience leading the introduction of technology and data solutions (such as AI, automation) into business operations and/or contact centre environments (Desirable)
* Have strong consulting experience, including business analysis and diagnosis, solution design and delivery
* Work very closely with marketing and colleagues at all levels to develop relevant growth plans in prioritised areas
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of Strategic Accounts and the challenges they face
* Display credibility and gravitas with senior client stakeholders, and be able to evidence the rapid development of trusted relationships during the pre-sales and account onboarding phases
* Have strong experience of client management and client programme delivery, including the simultaneous management of a portfolio of clients
* Have a robust understanding of Concentrix’s capabilities & partnerships
* Have the ability to coach at a senior level to create and develop high performance teams, creating high impact client change
* In the context of our business and value propositions have the ability to identify opportunities that result in profitable growth that is aligned with business strategy
* Be able to evidence a strong track record of delivery with respect to achieving large-scale operational client outcomes
* Be an analytical and decisive decision maker with the ability to prioritise and communicate key objectives to all colleagues and plans necessary to achieve organisational goals
* Have strong client relationship and partnering skills and excellent commercial/business judgement
* Demonstrate visionary leadership, balance risk vs return in terms of decision making whilst ensuring agility on a sustainable basis

Accountabilities & Deliverables

* Development of Strategic Accounts Consulting plan and prioritisation of sub-segments go to market activity and growth strategies
* Responsible for the sales/revenue performance of your assigned team (e.g., Consulting Directors, Managing Consultants, Principal Consultants and Consultants) in addition to your own revenue generating activities in line with the TPS EMEA revenue goals and expectations
* Development of the Strategic Accounts proposition
* P&L responsibility for Strategic Accounts portfolio within TPS EMEA
* Delivery oversight and line management of the Strategic Accounts consulting team
* Build consulting capability across EMEA to meet growth expectations
* Define and deliver thought leadership and ‘go to market’ strategy
* Oversight of Strategic Account Management Process and overall commercial management processes within the sector
* Sector sales forecast and financial management accuracy
* Development of new client relationships and new client opportunities within the sector
* Collaboration with other sectors and proposition development teams to define appropriate services for the sector
