ctrg: Mansfield Hub are working in partnership with a leading manufacturer based in Sutton-in-Ashfield, NG17, to recruit for an experienced Labourer / General Operative to join their team.
This role is an immediate start, and candidates are required to have previous machine operation experience, ideally gained from the manufacturing sector.
Main Duties
* Assist with the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products
* Operate basic machinery (training provided)
* Sort, stack, and organise wood products and materials
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following safety procedures
* Support the production team with general labour tasks as required
* Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly
Hours of Work
* Monday to Friday, 7:15am - 4pm
* Overtime available
Rate of Pay
£12.21 per hour, paid weekly in arrears. Overtime is paid at time and a half Monday to Saturday and double time on Sundays.
