Job Overview


Location: Bacton, Suffolk, UK

Department: Sales

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Reporting to: Sales Manager

We're looking for an ambitious and self-starting Sales Consultant to hit the ground running and help us to drive the growth of our company further forward.

Your Role: As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales, customer engagement, and identifying new business opportunities. This is a role for someone who thrives on selling solutions, enjoys chasing deals, and has a hunger to excel in a fast-growing market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive Sales Growth: Motivated by targets and maximizing sales opportunities.
* Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
* Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Sales Negotiation: Effectively negotiate terms, close deals, and manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to delivery.
* Account Management: Provide ongoing support and account management for all clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the wider sales team and other departments to ensure the smooth execution of projects and customer orders.

Role Requirements:

* Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably with a focus on B2B sales.
* Strong understanding and skill set of sales processes.
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers.
* Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience using CRM software like Hubspot is a plus.
