Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment. Conduct repairs on electrical systems, including circuit breakers, wiring, outlets, and light fixtures. Inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems, including leaks, faucets, drains, and toilets. Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure optimal performance. Perform basic carpentry and drywall repairs, including patching holes, painting, and maintaining furniture and fixtures. Troubleshoot and repair various types of machinery and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime. Manage maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance. Respond to emergency maintenance calls promptly and efficiently. Assist with facility cleaning, safety inspections, and the implementation of safety protocols. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records for all work completed. Collaborate with external vendors for specialized repairs or services. Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a related role with a broad range of skills. Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair them. Experience with basic carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance tasks. Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and technical drawings. Proficient in the use of maintenance tools and equipment. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Must be physically capable of performing tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
