We're on the lookout for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our friendly team at LHC Procurement Group (LHCPG). You'll study towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification while gaining hands-on experience in a professional office environment. No experience needed – just enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
What you will be doing:
* Helping to register new projects and keep our records up to date
* Supporting the team with events, marketing, and research
* Assisting with diary management, meeting bookings, and office coordination
* Answering client and supplier enquiries by phone and email
* Taking part in workshops and training to grow your skills
What you'll Bring:
* GCSEs (A*-C / 9-4) including English and Maths
* Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Good communication and organisation skills
* A positive, proactive, and friendly approach
* Customer service oriented and professional in all interactions
* Motivation to learn and build your career
