Role Overview
As an IT Business Analyst within CACI Information Intelligence Group (IIG), you will work with Senior Analysts and subject matter professionals to gather, validate, and document system information and needs across software development projects.
Responsibilities
* Build relationships with clients to understand business challenges and propose solutions.
* Prioritise key objectives to understand the importance of features and advise customers where appropriate.
* Ensure customers are aware of how to use our applications, through webinars, face‑to‑face training, creation of YouTube content or updating online help materials.
* Translate business objectives into clear technical requirements with the support of the Engineering team, using AGILE methodology.
* Guide the customer in implementing changes.
* Identify where problems are best solved by technology or process changes.
* Support the development of new products for the customer.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Business Analyst on IT‑based Government, Defence or equivalent projects.
* Experience at all stages of the project lifecycle, comfortable owning Business Analysis activities.
* Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum and Kanban.
* Strong relationship skills, able to build long‑standing trusted partnerships with clients and present to senior individuals.
* Comfortable working with minimal supervision, managing workload to meet deadlines.
Security Clearance
Due to the industries we work in, all team members must be able to obtain security clearance. You must be a British passport holder and have lived permanently in the UK for the last 5 years.
