Demand & Strategy Consultant
A bit about us
Friday Solved is a modern consultancy that solves B2B sales by transforming the strategy, process, people, technology and culture in our clients' businesses to create market-leading sales engines that are scalable, predictable and sustainable.
The outcome for our clients? They take ownership of their sales engine. We just help them get there faster.
How do we do that? Through:
* Propositioning that connects
* Strategy that delivers
* Demand that scales
* Nurturing that converts
* Culture that thrives
We’re big on values too:
* Ask for forgiveness, not permission
* Done is better than perfect
* Inspiration comes from everyone
* Attitude over aptitude
* Outcomes, not hours
* No egos allowed
A bit about you
You’re the kind of person who gets a buzz from making things happen. You like being in control of the details, but also seeing the bigger picture.
You’re practical, proactive and great at getting stuck in. You like ownership. You like ticking things off. You like knowing things are being done properly and on time.
You’re confident using tools like HighLevel, Hubspot, LinkedIn, and sales navigator. You can manage inboxes, track leads, and keep campaigns moving. And when something looks off, you flag it, fix it or ask the right question fast.
You're also a clear communicator. With the team. With clients. And you’re not afraid to chase what’s needed to get stuff over the line.
If you’ve got an eye for copy, even better. You won’t be writing final messaging or big-picture strategy, but you’ll help shape outreach scripts, edit templates and pull together early drafts. You’ll be a second pair of hands on projects, and a solid operator day to day.
A bit about the role
This is an entry level role where you’ll work closely with one of our current Demand Generation Consultants to learn how they run things before you take ownership of your own campaigns, client comms and inbox management.
At the same time, you’ll be supporting our team on wider projects. Making sure the strategy is activated, the scripts go out, and nothing slips through the cracks.
You’ll be the engine keeping the day-to-day running while also getting exposure to the inner workings of B2B sales strategy.
Your core responsibilities:
Campaign & Inbox Management
* Manage live client outreach campaigns across LinkedIn and Email
* Check, triage and manage client inboxes on LinkedIn and Email
* Ensure messages are replied to or escalated properly
* Monitor campaign progress and performance daily
* Troubleshoot deliverability issues, pauses or platform hiccups fast
CRM Management
* Own the day-to-day running of client CRMs
* Be responsible for CRM configuration, implementation and set-up for clients
* Keep contact records clean, updated and tagged correctly
* Set up and manage automations, pipelines and workflows
* Track lead responses, pipeline progression and booking activity
* Spot inconsistencies, duplication or broken flows — and sort them fast
* Work with the team to improve how we use CRM insights to optimise campaigns
Client Comms & Delivery Rhythm
* Own day-to-day client updates and scheduling
* Help with weekly check-ins, campaign reviews and feedback loops
* Track what’s going out, what’s working, and what’s next
Project Support & Strategic Assistance
* Support on campaign backlogging and campaign script writing
* Help prep decks, docs or campaign outlines based on workshops or briefs
* Keep campaign libraries, tracking sheets and templates up to date
* Understand and apply the basics of value proposition design and sales strategy
What career progression looks like
You’ll be stepping into an essential role. The engine that keeps everything running smoothly. While this is a mat cover position, we’re always on the lookout for great people to grow with us. There may be opportunities beyond the cover period for the right fit.
You’ll learn directly from our strategy and demand leads, work across clients and projects, and get a deep look into how high-performing B2B campaigns are built.
Sounds interesting?
If this sounds like you and you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
We don’t need a CV. But we would like you to write a letter that explains why you’re right for this role, why you want it and what you’ll bring to the business. Simple.
