Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year Requirements: Experience building and deploying PCs and laptops in a business or MSP environment Strong understanding of hardware components and configurations Experience managing hardware logistics and inventory Comfortable working with suppliers, couriers, and clients Highly organised with strong attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Desirable Experience: Experience with Azure AD and Microsoft 365 deployments Cyber Essentials or CyberSmart exposure MSP or multi-client environment experience Documentation and process ownership experience Responsibilities: Build and configure desktops and laptops for clients Configure machines according to client specifications Apply asset tags and record serial numbers in the Precept database Fully test all builds prior to delivery Log devices as ready for dispatch Use the Quotient application to create and send quotes Liaise with suppliers to place and chase orders Maintain accurate records in the orders and repairs logs Act as the primary contact for courier services Book collections and deliveries via courier portals Manage device repairs and ensure client communication Support Cyber Essentials deployments Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining documentation Maintain up-to-date documentation for hardware and repairs Assist the helpdesk team with IT support tickets Communicate consistently with clients, suppliers, couriers, and internal staff Use various communication platforms to update stakeholders Technologies: Azure Hardware Support Microsoft 365 Office 365 Cloud CMS Network Security VPN Windows More: We are Precept, dedicated to ensuring smooth operations in logistics and support for our clients.
