What you'll be doing:
As Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping the success of the branch. You'll combine your leadership and business development skills to:
* Drive growth by developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships
* Deliver against fulfilment targets across multiple client sectors
* Coach, mentor, and motivate your team to achieve individual and collective goals
* Create and implement branch sales strategies aligned with wider business objectives
* Monitor KPIs, prepare forecasts, and report results to senior management
* Represent the business at industry events and local networking opportunities
* Ensure accurate CRM records and efficient branch operations
Must have:
* At least
2 years' experience
in a recruitment management or senior consultant role
* Strong track record in business development and account management
* Sector knowledge in
Industrial, Logistics, or Food Production recruitment is a must
* Confident leadership and people management skills
* Results-focused with the drive to exceed expectations
* Full UK driving licence
