Support Worker – Part time / full time role available

At Abbey House, we are committed to providing outstanding care and support to 15 residents, each with their own individually tailored assessment plan.
As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in delivering daily support, including personal care and engaging residents in meaningful activities. Working effectively as part of a team is essential, with strong communication contributing to a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements
* Registration with the SSSC is essential
* SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable (training can be provided)
* Willingness to undertake ongoing training, with opportunities to progress to SVQ Level 3
About the Role
* Part-time position available
* 12-hour shifts on a rota basis (paid breaks included)
* Supportive, small team environment
Additional Information
* Applicants must be able to commute, as there is no public transport available
