As a key member of STACK’s Technical Operations team, this role drives maintenance, asset lifecycle, and change management programs across STACK’s EMEA data centers. The focus is clear: ensure operational reliability, efficiency, and compliance while continuously improving how we manage and evolve critical infrastructure. Partnering closely with Critical Operations teams across the region, this role standardises maintenance practices, develops transparent reporting tools, and strengthens client communication — supporting both operational excellence and financial efficiency. Acting as custodian of the change management process, the role also safeguards uptime by ensuring that all operational and infrastructure changes are rigorously assessed, approved, and executed. Key Responsibilities Maintenance Program Leadership Provide strategic direction for preventive and predictive maintenance across EMEA Standardise scopes of service, programs, and client notifications to improve reliability and reduce OPEX Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track performance, costs, and risks Drive continuous improvement through KPI analysis, lessons learned, and best practice sharing CMMS & Asset Management Administer the CMMS (NetSuite), ensuring accurate data, reporting, and adoption Lead full lifecycle management of critical assets – from acquisition to decommissioning Partner with Finance on lifecycle planning, cost optimisation, and investment prioritisation Change Management Own the change management process across EMEA data centers Oversee change requests, risk assessments, approvals, and communications in line with ITIL principles Lead CAB reviews, maintain change schedules, and ensure stakeholder alignment Safeguard uptime, compliance, and client trust through controlled, transparent execution Collaboration & Vendor Management Work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Finance teams Support vendor and spare parts strategies to ensure cost-effective and resilient operations Qualifications Proven track record in maintenance, asset management, or critical infrastructure Strong CMMS expertise and data-driven decision-making experience Solid knowledge of change management frameworks (ITIL or equivalent) Experience with vendor/contractor management and budget control Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence Willingness to travel across EMEA (up to 30%) STACK Offers Be part of a leading company in the Data Center Industry, committed to innovation and sustainability A positive, dynamic and inclusive work environment Competitive compensation and benefits
