Job Title: Receptionist Coordinator Location: Tunbridge Wells Pay: £12.50 - £16.00 per hour Contract Details: Temp to Perm ✨ Join Our Client's Team! Here, you'll thrive in a family-like atmosphere that prioritises patient care and teamwork. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Coordinate with clinicians to enhance patient care and satisfaction. Enforce policies to maintain compliance with standards. Manage staff schedules and inventory of supplies. Assist with financial management, including budgeting and expense tracking. Organise and document team meetings. Perform general clerical duties such as data entry and filing. Handle front-of-house/reception responsibilities and patient complaints. Essential (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience): Experience in a healthcare or dental practise setting is ideal but not essential. Proficiency in EXACT Software of Excellence and/or Dentally, as well as Microsoft Office. Strong clerical and reception skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Strong organisational skills for maintaining accurate records. Previous administrative or managerial experience is preferred. Ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed.
