We are looking for a highly motivated, reflective, and experienced practitioner to join the Children with Disabilities Team. Based at The Portal, Ellesmere Port, you will cover the whole borough and can work from home on occasions. You will be a strong team player with great organisational and communication skills as well as a commitment to advocating for our children.

You’ll benefit from competitive working rewards and up to days ‘flexi time’ per year, as well as your annual leave of days per year if you have less than years of continuous service and days if you have over years.
We offer competitive salaries.
Our Children's Social Care workforce is passionate and committed to improving outcomes for children, who are at the heart of everything we do, by providing a consistent, high-quality service to children and families. You will benefit from excellent working relationships with our partners and support from a stable leadership and management team. We are committed to a culture of shared learning and development, where you will have an active role in the continued progress of our services to children and families.
We have developed and embedded ‘Our Way of Working’ with our multi-agency partners to ensure improved collaboration and a unified approach to our work with families, using Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Practice. We will support you in developing your knowledge and skills to work creatively in planning and decision-making with children, families, and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes, with a focus on prevention at every level.
