About the Role
As Tenancy Engagement Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping residents at risk of homelessness maintain their accommodation and achieve financial stability. Working within the Housing Income team, you'll provide tailored support to individuals experiencing rent and service charge arrears, empowering them to manage their finances and avoid eviction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Monitoring rent and service charge accounts to identify early signs of arrears
2. Engaging residents to develop personalised repayment plans and access welfare benefits
3. Delivering one-to-one support sessions focused on budgeting and tenancy sustainment
4. Liaising with finance teams and posting payments to ensure accurate account records
